This is a kick-ass piece from a kick-ass dude: George Monbiot. I haven’t been following his blog at monbiot.com for a while and I’d never seen one of his pieces on The Guardian yet. It is a no-nonsense take-down of the duplicity and double standards being applied every day by his government and many other governments, which do what they like and lie with impunity.
