This guy is plenty angry and I don't blame him. He writes well and although I generally find writers that constantly refer to their own work distasteful in the case of this column it was appropriate and even helpful; he's not a huckster, he's really angry about the constant selling out of the Palestinian people by pretty much everyone and is stomping his little feet as loudly as he can. Good piece.
