fuck everything. that's the main thing. FUCK EVERYTHING:
it has been almost 6 weeks since our dsl went out. we've had nothing but tethered internet over our phones. the signal is shit. the internet is shit. it was always shitty but now it's extra special shitty, expensive and useless for most of the day.
quick checklist:
when it's like this there is no getting past it. nothing either of us normally ever wants to do works. nothing. and we don't want much, having had our expectations managed quite brutally by telmex, cfe, pretty much everyone.
the rule is: expect very little and be prepared to drink when you don't get it.
i wish that was less true than it is. i guess i picked the wrong decade to stop drinking.
